Cant uninstall Icon Soft Phone(x) alert

I had Icon Soft Phone(x) v1.1 on my phone and it was great and then I saw there was a v1.4 so I downloaded the newer version and tried installing it on the omnia. A message came up saying the previous version would have to be removed first so I clicked yes and then it just stayed on the loading bit until I had to restart the phone because it wouldnt let me do anything else. The program now doesnt appear on the phone so I cant use it but it appears on the remove program section and when I click to remove it the same loading thing happens. So basically Im stuck with a phone with no phone feature :/ Is there anyway I can sort this out without a complete reset.

Had to change it to Icon Soft Phone(x) on here because it changed it to spam alert :s

Try and reinstall from cab. You don't have to remove the program because it will ask you if you want to remove it.

Yeah it wouldnt let me do that just kept on the loading bit. Sorted it now, I changed the settings so it appeared on the start menu and that was the only way I could locate it on the phone and then I deleted it from there and seems to have sorted it.
