Guest almark Posted January 31, 2003 Report Posted January 31, 2003 Does it really take 4 steps to take a photo? OK so the camera is not built in... but I wopuld have thought that once the camera was atcahed ...it would be a one button "take" or "capture"
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted January 31, 2003 Report Posted January 31, 2003 It's a bit better on the updated software... P
Guest Pidder Posted January 31, 2003 Report Posted January 31, 2003 It's worth buying IA Album, with this peace of software it is much easier to take pics. If you are in it, it's a one click procedure.
Guest Big Ron - No Longer a Mem Posted February 1, 2003 Report Posted February 1, 2003 "Does it really take 4 steps to take a photo?" Be grateful. With the Panasonic GD87E there are no fewer that THIRTY THREE steps to sending an MMS message - and that doesn't include turning the phone on!
Guest Paul [MVP] Posted February 1, 2003 Report Posted February 1, 2003 What?!? From 'home screen' to sending a message with picture and text there are 18 steps. 19 if you include turning the phone on (and it turns on at first attempt... heh...) That includes selecting the recipient, taking the picture, adding the text etc. etc., the only thing I didn't count was the keypresses to actually type the text. This was using no shortcuts, just going thru the menus as normal. I tested it on the wife's GD87e. So... What were YOU doing? ;) P
Guest Big Ron - No Longer a Mem Posted February 3, 2003 Report Posted February 3, 2003 I tested it on the wife's GD87e. So... What were YOU doing? Well... actually I was counting the steps provided in the Orange handbook....!
