New (Old) messaging program! (Working on WinMo 6.5!)

So, I was searching around for a new IM-ing program for my girlfriend's Blackberry (Her current one is a resource hog) and came across BeeJive.com. It's more geared towards blackberrys and the iPhone, but they have a WinMo version that works really well!

I had tried IM+, but I'm cheap, lol, and didn't like it THAT much..

Then I tried Palringo but didn't like that it didn't support smilies or logging and when you hit OK it closed the convo...

BeeJive is even better than IM+, IMHO, and it's FREE for the WinMo version. They don't support it anymore though, but I've been using it for a couple days now and haven't had any issues, in fact, I love it! I have gotten rid of IM+ (trial) and Palringo now ;)

Known Issues:

* Cannot establish it's own connection, you must connect to the internet before it can log in.

It's not working any more ... communication problem .. i get an error Message "Empty" ..the support forum says there is a communication problem between the client and the server... although i liked it .. dam it !

Did you download the WinMo 6.1 Professional for Pocket PC version? I've been using it just fine..

Has anyone else tried this yet? I haven't encountered BlackIce's error at all, and want to see if anyone else has either.

I'm still using it and haven't experienced any issues except those listed in my first post. I really like this program, and it's free, so that's why I am pushing it hard, lol ;)

Yup... 6.1 Professional ... and i'm using WinMo 6.5 .. Sector's .. and i get the empty error ..

We are experiencing some client / server communication issues with the WinMo beta client are currently looking into the cause. When a solution is found we will be posting on this topic. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to get this resolved shortly!
