outlook sync error with vista

Any one have any idea how to fix this? i have disabled and reenabled advanced network functionality, and reset both my phone and computer. it started having this problem on and off a few days ago, now it's all I get. I am using toodledo outlook sync to sync tasks with outlook and then syncing to use with thumbcal.... if it matters. right now the only thing that I sync is tasks
