Is it due to the rom or this guy just got one nice omnia? Can anyone tell me what rom this is and where to download it please?

Can anyone tell me what rom this is and where to download it please? you call that awesome? i thought its just normal... any rom here can install both M2D and SPB shell.... for e.g KC's 3-in-1 has M2D, so u just need to install SPB shell to complete it. Shokka final rom has M2D also, then u just install SPB shell... Sector's ROM, u can install both M2D and SPB shell then tick titanium off from today. then u'll have the M2D and SPB shell interface.... Oh yeah, on why is he able to do it because SPB shell 3.0 is not a today item, so he just have touchflo as today item, then go into honeycomb, launch spb shell from there.... about what rom he using,...hmmm, let me use my psychic power to see...hmmm hmmm hmmm...
