Motion Detect Screen Rotation stopped working (solved)

Hi all,

I am using Kuanchai's 21819 6.5 rom (12mb pagepool).

Up until this morning motion was working just fine (for screen rotation). When I woke up and played around with the phone motion just did not work. If I did it manually it worked (choose left side or right side) but it will not autodetect using motion detect.

I have tried putting it into manual and back into automatic, and ive tried soft resetting.

Am I stuffed (will need to reflash) or is there something Im missing?

u might want to try re-flashing it.

if it still doesn't work, probably the sensor is faulty and u got to send it for svc.. ;)

actually it was just because i turned off the "turn backlight on when button is pushed or screen is tapped" option in the power settings.

it's all good now =)
