How to put these taskbar in my whole omnia?

Hello everyone!

Again, im not very good in English language.

But does anyone know how to do this?

I want this taskbar that stand in my main menu:

in my whole omnia system!

anyone know how to do this?

on the upper side and down under.

You can, but the thing is you won't have the "ok" or "X" in the top-right, so you can't close any programs..

Download ToggleStart from here, then just put the .exe file in your /windows/start up/ folder
