I understand your situation as i was in the same a couple of days back then i decided to upgrade to Khuanchai ROM 23001 3 in one. This is very easy to do if u have windows vista. and i love it as it has very nice interface.

Download this file and follow the Pauls Thread no how to flash your omnia i900... this is very easy to do and worth doing it. Go ahead and ask if you need any clarification.
