Question about settings before and after flash

Is there a way to save all your settings before a flash and install them back after? I usually change several settings from these cooked ROMs and usually can't remember them all.

Would xda_UC be able to do this or is that just for programs and themes?

Yes, it can. I don't remember the exact file name it needs to be, but you just put all your reg changes into a .txt file. head over to the XDA Developers site and read their user guide about it

Where are the CDMA NAM settings and EVDO data keys stored? Is it possible to back these up before flashing? Although *228 won't work when roaming, manual NAM setup is possible. Unfortunately, I don't know any way to manually setup, save or recover the EVDO data keys without connecting to an actual Verizon tower.
