Will Omnia I910 Phone Work With No Service?

had a few thoughts in my mind and i was wondering, if i were to get a new phone and turn my i910 off. what will still work and what wont? would the gps and wifi still work? can i still lissen to music off of it ? will the blue tooth still work?

any thoughts?

GPS - No

WiFi - Yes

Bluetooth - Yes

Music and other pda functions - Yes

Of course that is only if you turn the phone radio off. If you turn the whole device off then nothing will work. ;)

Are you sure about the gps? I'm pretty sure it will still work as long as you don't use something like live search or google maps that downloads data.

edit: leaving the phone radio on, but not having actual registered service.

Right, the OP said turn it off. In that case GPS will not work.

I think he meant just transferring service to a new phone. You can leave the radio on, but disable service by activating a new phone on the same "line"

yes sorry i wasent so clear. when i said turn the phone off i ment change the service to another phone, but i did mean using the phone while its on. well thank you guys you cleared that up for me
