Guest HellboyMC Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 (edited) i'm looking a bit through registry and i found this: HKLM>drivers>display>active>built in LCD and then you have values tap mode and buffer mode, they are both on 1, now what other values i can use and what will those values change? Now i also found under drivers, touch panel and pressurethreshold and i have value 4294967295, what do i have to do so i have to apply less pressure? if this is the case here. Guest bpivk Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 Some registry entries don't do anything because winmo is made for different phones and I wouldn't advise you to just go and change the settings unless you're really into hard reset. ;)
Guest Rooster Misfit Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 change them all to 666 and see what happens.... dun dun dun devil phone... you tap it and it buffers the gates of hell... the harder you push the deeper the hole!

Guest necosino Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 (edited) Do you happen to be using a screen protector, I wonder? Edited July 14, 2009 by necosino
Guest HellboyMC Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 Do you happen to be using a screen protector, I wonder? Yes i am, but i am actually comparing the pressure i need for going through my photos in VITO eye photo and when i'm not in that program, i can use the whole finger, not just the nail and i can only press a little bit, while except the sides, i need to press quite hard and with tip of the nail in the middle and around. I'm sure it would be better without a screen protector, but i wouldn't want a scratched touch screen, rather press harder than replace the touch screen over and over again, although i will replace it in near future once i get the new touch screen for omnia.
