Guest banderdragon Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 So, i have been wanting a Bluetooth stereo headset for a while but didn't want to shell out the $100-130 for the ones i had seen. So i was bopping through a Best Buy and came across a rocketfish one on sale for $60. I am not an audio-phile so i figured a generic brand would be acceptable, and if not there is a 30day return ;) . 1st impressions are good. it does not hurt my ears. That is a big deal because with glasses these type of headphones generally do. the sound is the same as with my wired pair of headphones. No better, no worse. Pairing was brainlessly easy but it generally is. Things it has. there are actually controls on the device for next and previous song as well as volume. Is that normal? i was looking at the Motorola version a while back it i don't remember seeing that. I have not gotten a call on it yet. i am not sure optimistic because mic is not pointed at my mouth, it is pointed at the base of my jaw. i know some better headsets (jawbone) could make that work but i am not holding my breath. Does anyone else have a Bluetooth stereo headset? part of the reason i waited so long is i never saw any reviews from people here (and i hate corporate reviews, can't ever ask them questions).
Guest redsfan Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 I have this headphone and really like it. The mic works surprisingly well on it. If my wife can understand me on it, then I know it's a winner ;).
