Help me ASAP with my new OMNIA i900

Hello everybody, I am new in this forum. I followed this official Samsung update and it requests my Version, I informed BLE02 and it informs this is version is incorrect. My Omnia Version is:

PDA : i900XCHJ2/BLE02

PHONE : i900NSPR0

Why do not I get to follow ahead in Samsung website?

Help me ASAP because my MAIN problem is:

When anyone calls me and I answer the calling(phone), sometimes there is a delay for another person hear me and I hear others. This happen each 4-5 callings. Because the delay, the person thinks that I did not answer and finish the calling. this happen when I call another phone or when another phone call me.

Anyone could help in this problem ASAP?

at moment I use it just like phone because I bought few days ago and I am worried with this problem

I am in Brazil and if I don't get to solve this problem, I will sell this beautifil phone.

You should contact the store that sold you the phone, or Samsung directly. If they find out that it's faulty, they'll replace it.

I suggest you contact your supplier or Samsungmobile.
