Guest ZinuNL Posted July 14, 2009 Report Posted July 14, 2009 (edited) Hello, I almost have my phone completely customised to my wishings, but there are still two things that are bothering me... 1. Is there any way to sort the stuff in the Programs menu by name? Right now everything is in order by date (latest additions below). I'd rather have them sorted by name, but how? 2. Is there any way to delete the usual Programs menu entries like Internet Sharing, Windows Live, Help etc.? I already tried using the Explore option on ActiveSync but it gives me access denied :D 3. I know there is some software out there that can recognise a song by a sample of it. I heard you have to load the sample, then it uploads it to an internet database and it tells u what song it is. How is this program called? 4. I'm running shokka's WM6.5 rom with M2D/Touchflo... but I don''t like where the Call history button on the first home screen leads to (crappy, kiddy Samsung call log). Now I was wondering whether I could link this to my Resco Contact Manager? I already tried SSMaHo but it doesn't do anything when I click it... Thanks a lot to whoever helps me with this ;) Edited July 14, 2009 by ZinuNL

If you're talking about the start menu, use this program called re/START from XDA to sort the start menu anyway you want. 2) You need to get yourself a file explorer that can overwrite rom files. The file explorer that comes from the phone doesn't do this. I use Resco Explorer but you can also use a program called Total Commander (it's free!). Then go into the /windows/start menu/programs directory and delete the links you don't want. Also, as a personal side note, Internet sharing is an awesome utility. It allows you to plug your phone into your computer via usb and use your phone's internet connection to surf the net on your computer. Excellent for traveling :D 3) There is a program called AM MusicID that is floating around on this forum. Try this thread 4) Can't help you with this one as I use SPB Mobile Shell 3 instead of M2D Good luck!

Guest ronzo77 Posted July 16, 2009 Report Posted July 16, 2009 Thank you very much, those things were exactly what I needed! For the 4th question, have you tried VJBrisk? Haven't tried for the call log, but I use it to link the calendar to another 3rd party calendar.
