Is it possible to translate english rom to Korean language?

If it is possible how?

Anything is possible as such, but someone with ROM building knowledge would have to create a language pack which is not a simple task rather than just "translate". You would need to enable the phone to display Korean characters which would also have to be created. If language packs etc are already available on other WM devices then the task may be slightly easier.

..but HOW exactly is it possible to write a language pack for a wm 6.5 (custom)rom?

e.g., I would be interested in getting my Sector's rom translated in italian (and, by the way, I know that some dudes translated in italian the rom by dddrko)... How can I? :D

I know it's much easier than translating it to Korean! :)
