M2D change "all contacts" from iContacts to Phone EX contacts... how?

I am useing M2D ROM 3.4, and Phon-EX. How can I make it so on the contacts screen in TouchFlo the "all contacts" button goes to Phon-EX contact instead of iContacts?

BG told me its in the registry, but after 10 mins of poking around I can not find it.
