Guest dwallersv Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 Okay, don't be harshing on me or nuthin', I did search first! ;) I need a better picture viewer/editor application. Surprisingly, for a freebie preloaded app Picture Viewer isn't bad (not awesome either). I'd be able to use it for most of my needs on the phone if it didn't have such an impossible browser design. I've had SPB Imagineer for several years, starting with WM5 on my Treo, to my Omnia today. It's been a decent app for my needs, but the problems on the Omnia make it annoying to use. I'm currently trying Resco Photo Viewer. I like it, but it's a bit light in the editing dept. Also, not a very rich slideshow feature. Still, it's a viable replacement for Imagineer if there's nothing better. So, thanks for reading this far. Hope you have an idea of the "class" of imaging app I'm looking for. Any recommendations?
Guest Zealster Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 (edited) S2V is really nice. It's what I use. It's really easy to scroll through folders and pictures. http://s2v.ac-s2.com/ On the editor side, it's not an editor at all. ;) Edited July 18, 2009 by Zealster

On the editor side, I think I found my nirvana... Pocket Artist from Conduits. It's a pretty well featured Adobe Photoshop-like image editor. Very cool... I'm playing with it now and having a blast!
Guest fclifton Posted July 18, 2009 Report Posted July 18, 2009 You may also want to check out XnView Pocket. It isn't really a picture viewer, it can view all kinds of files, including TGA, PNG, ICO, etc. Also does conversions from one format to another. Sorry, I don't have the link handy.
