Hi guys,

I am just wondering if it is possible to update my omina under the new windows - windows 7? Or can I update it under MacOS X? I only got these two OS. Can somebody help me?

And how is it possible to connect my omnia with the MacOS x?

Kind regards

If you're talking about the recently released Verizon i910 update, then yes, it can run under Windows 7 and even the 64-bit version. Just set the update file to run in Windows Vista compatibility mode or else it will give you an ActiveSync error when it starts.

Success updating on Windows 7 for me! :D

What I did was install Windows Mobile Device Center for Vista in compatibility mode. Then I ran the update tool in compatibility mode. Everything went as planned. I recommend it. ;)

I just use VMWare on Win 7 x64 with XP running. Works perfectly every time!

I use VMware as well. Anyway, flashing your phone in XP is safer.
