The phone has gone off and will not respond at all ;) :D :) When you are at that part the flashing itself hasn't started yet, so I doubt it... was your phone fully charged? When I got that message and it hung there I was too fast with starting the updater after the soft reset. I guess I was too fast for it to notice it was rebooting. Just soft resetted again and waited with pressing start and it worked.

The phone has gone off and will not respond at all ;) :D :) Stop the flasher and then unplug it from the pc. Make sure the battery is charged and then try again. If you are using the vmware method, then the mouse cursor must stay inside the virtual machine until the phone connects for the second time. Oh yeah, the chances of your phone being bricked are like 1% because the eboot has already been downloaded. And this has happened to me before and I fixed it with the steps above. No worries then. Unplugged the cable, tried leaving the battery out for a couple of hours, mains plugged in with no batt, mains with batt..nothing is working. Its like the assignments for all the buttons has been removed..?? The power button is only the power button because the software says so, so if thats flawed how do you switch it on..?? Just to note, the charge light on the power button doesnt work either, batt was 100% when i started the procedure.
