sector's Z1 theme problem

First - great rom, as usual:-)

Little problem here - don't know, if it's rom related, but it occours with this rom release, no problems before:

I created a 6.5 theme myself (slight modification from pureblack2). I install the cab everything looks quite good (the files are in the right place: .tsk in windows, theme files in my documents/theme directory).

Then I select the my theme (settings - today) to see my great and shiny theme but now some magic happens: the colors of my theme get set, but there are no 6.5 menus (old 6.1 style) and the .tsk file gets deleted from windows directory!

I tried to set the file attributes in the cab to "readonly" and even "system" - no go.

Enclosed themes in rom are working as expected.

Anyone a clue whats going on here?
