Soft reset shortcut

I saw that some rom add a shortcut file within start menu which can make a soft reset or reboot. Can I know how to create/get the shortcut?

Hi All, I notice from my trial and error is that if you press and hold on to the power button for a few seconds, the phone will switched off with Samsung logo. Wait a few seconds and then hold and press the power button again, the phone will switch on with the Samsung startup logo. This soft-reset works for me for DZIA5. Very handy when something freeze and when you are out and about without a stylus or a sharp pen to plug the little soft-reset hold.

You can simply make a shortcut to \Windows\Reset.exe. (Don't be afraid, it makes a SOFT reset, not a hard one.)

Than you can assign it to a hardware button if you want.
