Guest snapz54 Posted July 24, 2009 Report Posted July 24, 2009 All of them stopped working? out of nowhere? No response, reassigned them, still nothing. I installed AEbutton plus to see if that might take over and be a temporary solution but still nothing? No volume, no camera, no windows button, to send and end buttons. The only response I do get is a small beep tone when I hit the end key, nothing happens though. Does anyone have any idea what's going on with my omnia? I have a flashed 6.5 rom that had been working fine for 3-4 days before t
Guest level140 Posted July 24, 2009 Report Posted July 24, 2009 Flash to CFO3 and see if it works after that. If not, now you can take it to verizon and say the phone's buttons stopped responding. More then likely they'll say you broke it, because they are awesome, but at least try.

I think the buttons are fine because I put the volume down button to the default flashlight function in settings and it works fine

Use sashimi, or XDA_UC to auto restore all your "goodies" if you have an sd card. My suggestion: Flash to CFO3 and bring it in and say the update broke it. If they decline, leave. When you get home, reflash and purposefully brick your phone(unplug halfway done) and then bring it in saying how you followed to directions perfectly and your phone won't turn on. If the person is suggesting you upgrade to a new phone, ask for the manager. It usually speeds the person up because they don't want to bother the manager :)
Guest semmtexx Posted July 28, 2009 Report Posted July 28, 2009 Snap, mine just did that as well after I resetted from uninstalling point UI. I just reset it again and they work now. How are you coming along with it?
