I want to make fingerkyb as my default keyboard. Every time i make the change and restart Omnia's keyboard is launched.

Any way to make fingerkyb as my default when mobile is reset.

Use IMSelector or OmniaSIP. You can find them over at xda forums or here at Paul's must have free apps.
