My version is PDA I900DXIA5/DZIA5 , PHONE I900DXIA2 .

Have question about these values . They are specified in the registry

or they are burned only in the ROM ? Can i change them via registry editor ?

Can i locate them in some ROM file?

These values are the physical label of the particular ROM release that you are running on your phone. In other words, it is similar to what a software version release name would be except that this is a ROM image with different software cooked into it. As you can see, there is a different ROM image for both the phone and PDA, though this isn't always the case. DXIA2 is one release older than IA5, so whenever the images were flashed to your phone, only the PDA was updated to IA5.

All it is is just a name, and if/when you flash a new ROM (PDA, Phone, or both), the version will also change too.

Perhaps this will clear things up for you.

Thanks for answers. I understand this but still they must reside in some place.

Some ROM file or some registry values ? I want locate the place .

The "Setting->System-> Version options is reading this information from some place.
