Problem Updating

Hi everyone,

I am having a problem flashing my phone.

when i run the installer it flashes the pda side but when it switches to the phone side it all goes waferty lol.

It keeps saying it can find the phone. i have installed the drivers but it just cycles through the com ports and says cannot find phone.

o yea and im using vmware workstation running a virtual xp pro on my vista laptop

Any ideas?

Try in a windows xp base computer and install the samsung driver.

Maybe there's some conflict in your laptop.

I flash my phone many times over windows xp machine and never got any problem.
