i installed a new cooked rom and things just dont goes right

Hi everyone

i used a cooked rom and now i installed a newer cooked rom and i want to stay with this rom but

everything that showd on the screen that need the scrolling option goes really sucks

its not flows like it used to be

its goes name after name really slow with tik tak sound

how i can back to the flow thing ?
