Which is the newest English ROM out for the i900?

& Another question, which in all of your opinions is the best M2D rom for i900?

Just about all of the custom ROMs in this forum are English based, unless otherwise noted.

As for M2D, I'd recommend either Shokka, Sector, Qbus, or Khuanchi - all brilliant! They are all reputable and they update their stuff often. I personally recommend and use Shokka's ROMs.

Don't forget to buy them a beer if you do download from either of them! :)
