Anyone using SE DS980 with Omnia?

Hello there,

I recently bought that bluetooth headset piece, SE DS980. It's sleek in design, I like the sound the supposed functionality... Though more than 50% of that functionality does not work. I can't get the CallerID to work, neither the PhoneBook feature. Song titles don't display on the OLED screen (that's actually supposed to work only on SE Walkman phones...). I've installed JetWare extensions, but the only thing it can get to work is the clock.

Are there any users of these 2 devices, having more success than me in getting the functionality of the headset to work? Any suggestions, what settings or ROMs are you using, anything would come in handy, if it provides clarity on the problem.

Although this isn't exactly the same, some of the Sony bluetooth profiling elements just will not work with a WM phone...I have a Sony E MBW-150 watch. It's supposed to show the music track names *like yours*, display txt messages, etc etc. All it would do is just show me who's calling and all of the other 'great features' didn't work. Luckily for WinMo users, someone wrote some software for my SW watch to work in WM with even more functionality than Sony users get!! It's amazing...

So in summary, most of it won't work I'm afraid...unless someone has created a bespoke app to make it work.
