Guest Omi900 Posted July 27, 2009 Report Posted July 27, 2009 I recently installed the youtubemobile.cab to my phone. Whilst it is an excellent add on, the videos are constantly being interrupted by the very slow buffering speeds. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, has anyone come up with a solution? Thanks in advance.

If so, are the poor buffering speeds improved?
Guest P A U L Posted August 27, 2009 Report Posted August 27, 2009 are you using a cooked ROM for your omnia, and if so, ever venture into the "Advanced Config" option? my hypothesis is that messing with anything at all in there will kill Youtube functionality somehow... i have to test this later though..

Guest P A U L Posted August 29, 2009 Report Posted August 29, 2009 my hypothesis was wrong, however, i did find that there was a new version of YouTube.cab out (official version) that fixed the buffering errors. so now when i play a video off my Omnia there's a very large initial buffer, and the rest of the video downloads smoothly as i'm watching.
