any rom works with dual sim 23th?

I have a omnia, and a dual sim 23th; I proved many roms, and always hapens the same: the firts 2 or 3 changes of sim works perfect, but at the 3º change, apear " no service" and stop to work, and the mobile don´t get coverage...

In spanish forums all people that have omnia and dual sim, hapens the same... witch can be de problem? any solution?
