Two questions about Titanium

First-I want to change the down left button - Contacts with something else,but where is the option for this ?!

Second-I have some shortcuts in the application menu of the titanium,when i add the program,it wants from me the icon for it,i have search for them in the Windows folder and I found some of them,but for applications like Igo Amigo which is not installed(only copy paste the program folder) i cant find Icon for it.Such as TCPMP and many others ;)

Is there same archive with icons :)
