Is there a way to change the actual program Icon?

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to change program icons. I have tried Hcomber and Sktools but these just change the start menu icon. I'm wantinf to completely change the image associated with a program. Is this possible??

As far as I know the ico file is emedded in the exe file. The only suggestion is to create a shortcut and try changing that....although I'm pretty sure you can't do that with the window mobile file explorer. You would need to acquire something more powerful.

You can edit the exe from a windows computer with the free program, Resource Hacker. It allows you to chance the icons embedded within the exe.
