Question Cant Find The Answer Anywhere

I have a verizon omnia with wm 6.1 and i have my phone the way i want it with the help of these site and xda. the last thing i need is to know if there is anyway to change the word "start" on the toolbar i would like to change it to my name instead of what it says. if anyone can help would be great. there are no dumb answers. i'm willing to try anything beside that new rom stuff
