Memory drop when playing Mp3s on phone

Hi,

I noticed a big drop in memory while playing mp3s on the phone. And the phone feels sloppy and slow during mp3s run time. I'm on a wm 6.5 custom rom.

Wondering if anyone also noticed this kind of lag while playing mp3s.

Is it normal on omnia?

Or is it the rom itself?

I've noticed the lag. Playing music seems to take a fair bit of cpu (looking at taskmanager, memmaid)

Might also depend on the music player you're using. Not sure.
