Field test or netmonitor menu on q9h global

How to enter to netmonitor or field test on my q9h global?

I've checked 100's of documents but did not find it.

I need to choose BS which i whant phone will use - phone always changes between 3 BS, so people hears me badly and sometimes call droppes because of it.

I am professional, so i will not break phone)!
