Guest snaai8 Posted August 2, 2009 Report Posted August 2, 2009 would it be possible to get the omnia2 widgets on the old omnia? the widgets are cooler than the ones we have now and i think it must not be hard to port them or something... but i can't say things like that becouse i'm not a programmer...

I highly doubt it. There was nothing VZN users could do to get the i900 widgets on our phones when they got their upgrade before us. I doubt that Samsung makes the Omnia 2 widgets backward compatible. Even now, the new widgets (which are old to the i900 version) don't all work becasue they were for the European market. Eventhough we can use most of them since the 17th upgrde release.
