Hello!! this is officially my first post here!! I won at ebay a samsung omnia. I didn't pay much attention though and it says that it is ready for use with verizon. I searched about it and I am totally confused!! I want to use the phone in Greece. How am I supposed to unlock the phone?? Others say that verizon sim cards exist, others no... That's why I am confused.. Can anyone be extremely kind and explain me what should I do step by step..??? Please guys! I need your help!

thanks for guiding. I have already read them. The point that I don't get is what about the sim card.. They refer I must have the SIM of the carrier wich the phone is locked.. Right? Verizon SIM's exist or no? And how am I supposed to find one??? that's my problem.. thanksw again.

verizon doesnt use sim cards. it is a CDMA network. if you are going to use it in greece, and the network you are using it is a GSM network (i.e. one that uses sim cards), then you wont be able to use the verizon i910 there. you would need to buy an omnia i900
