Guest mr.bhola Posted August 4, 2009 Report Posted August 4, 2009 Make a primary ext2 partition on your sd-card. We suggest doing this with an Ubuntu live cd if you're running Windows. Once it's started, run gparted from the terminal and REMEMBER TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT DEVICE! How do i this ?? Where can i find Ubuntu live ?
Guest lonely2k5 Posted August 4, 2009 Report Posted August 4, 2009 you can find it at ubuntu.com well it's better to make ext3 than ext2 as it's less problems with android mounting and stuff

Yip 698 MB.In gparted on ubuntu 8.04 select your memory card right click on it and select create a new, then create a new partion of your desired size.when thats done right click the partion you made and select format to ext2 or ext3, then click apply then its done. Then you might want to format the unallocated space to FAT 32 while you are there so your phone picks it up again.
