Guest theplayer Posted February 1, 2003 Report Posted February 1, 2003 Hi When using Orange 150 to speak to customer services, you are presented with a list of options (press 1 for free min balance etc.) On my SPV I cannot connect to the specific service (i.e. if i press 1, nothing happens, the announcer continues) I have to wait until all the options are finish then connected to an operator. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or does anyone know why this is? Many thanks in advance. Matt
Guest SirGaz Posted February 1, 2003 Report Posted February 1, 2003 I spoke to 150 only yesterday and managed to key my way on the SPV through the many, many layers until you get to someone. Wonder if Orange could put an option right at the beginning that you can just go straight to an operator?
Guest Will Posted February 1, 2003 Report Posted February 1, 2003 Beware, If you are reset (ie the system kicks you back to the entry point on 156, your keytones are ignored.. so you have to hang up and start .. AGAIN!.. Interestingly tho, you can sometimes just wait, and you get a 'random' department. (and they don't know where you came from.. Does anyone know the 'orange' name for the certification dept? incase i end up there one day? Will
