Another App Store for Windows Mobile

Coming before Microsoft's own app, (as everyone else has...) HandMarket are the latest to release a custom application marketplace.

The marketplace features ringtones and wallpapers alongside applications (both free and paid for). Other points worthy of note are billing from a wide variety of ways including carrier billing (only the US seems to get this, and only on Sprint, Alltel and AT&T), and the ability to store purchases in app to only pay for something once.
