Here you go. This is so easy it is ridiculous. They have already completed a Facebook widget. Not sure about YouTube.

One note about the linked instructions - the config.xml file did not like all the urls I put into some of my widgets. The url is not necessary in that file because it is just info presented on the screen when you install the widget. The url in the widget.htm file has to be correct and that file will accept any url. Here is another resource if you run into problems.
