HTC scene weather app on homescreen question

Very quick question,

I've changed the default handset location to Manchester, removed all cities from the weather app except manchester, yet my default weather display on the HTC scene is of Dublin. Where is this set?

Right, seems it's specific to the 3 sim I had in ( that wouldn't let me sign in to google either!) - an orange sim shows location ok - but can't sign is as 'no network conenction' despite being able to browse google maps etc.

Seems I hadn't enabled location services with the 3 sim and the default seems to be Dublin. The sign in bug is already known - after a hard reset I signed in fine during initial setup - seems there is an issue signing in / changing google account details after the first try.
