HTC Dialer Skin

Though I'm sure it must have been done by now, I've searched for weeks and can't find a cab that has this dialer skin formatted to the bottom part of the screen to fit.

Any chance someone has this Dialer laying around?

I wish I knew how to make dialer skins... I would love to have this on my phone, would match my suite of HTC software.
