HTC Hero Rom flashing

Hello,

please excuse me as I am new to this.

I have just got an HTC Hero form orange(uk) and would like to change to the original HTC ROM from the orange version so I can have the handset as HTC intended it.

Where can I find this ROM and how do I get it onto the handset?
