When I hard reset my phone will it erase my contacts or are they stored separately? Thanks

Yes, it will erase your contacts and everything else on your device memory. It will not delete your "my storage" unless you choose to reset this as well. You need to search for a backup software. Tons out there. I uses SPB backup. free trial. Have used it for like a year now however lol.

Yes it will erase your contacts, I recommend Microsoft Myphone - its free and quite handy for updating your contacts with ease among other things.

yes... use PIM mbackup to backup your message/contacs before perfom hard reset
