The newest versions of S2U2 (http://s2u2.ac-s2.com/) have a similar feature built-in. When you choose to ignore a call it asks if you want to send a Busy SMS message. you can choose the pre-formatting for the message, and even add/update it live before sending. Very useful in my book. Hope this helps . . .
