I thought that I had found somewhere how to set up a Omnia emulator on a PC that could be used for testing cooked ROMs. Now I can't find anything, anyone know anything about that?

As far as I'm aware, this does not exist. If you find one, post up please.

Either the Microsoft Visual Studio development environment or the Windows Mobile SDK (Software Development Kit) includes the base emulator engine. The Samsung SDK has customizations that make it look/act like an Omnia. They do this so you can write programs for these devices without actually having to have them.

Visual Studio is quite expensive, around $600. PErsonally, I "pseudo-emulate" using My Mobiler :D

My Mobiler is like a remote desktop for WM which is not an emulator, what do you mean by 'pseudo-emulator' ?
