no My Storage...

Does anyone know how to solve this/my problem?

Basically, the My Storage folder doesnt show up anymore...hence the attached images.

All help is appreciated...and welcome.

Post if you need more information and/or details.

I set the USB Connection Mode to "USB", then I Soft reset.

Try and set up your My Storage area as the mass storage option. Attach it to your PC. It will hopefully pop up something for you to format. Format it and it should be good to go.

I've had this happen a few times. I didn't need to format though. Just switch USB to mass storage. Plug in, and make sure the computer at least sees it (either prompts to format or at best shows your files). Then just disconnect your phone and do a soft reset, and your My Storage will hopefully be back :D

Do you happen to have your USB options set to mass storage instead of activesync?? When your set to mass storage the drive disconnects from the OS when your plugged into the USB. Once you disconnect the USB you'll notice that my storage comes back. This is just normal but it has changed my thoughts one what i store to My Device and to My Storage. In My Device I keep any critical must have Cabs, my storage is usually games and stuff that I don't need to acces to when connected this way.
