auto kill bug - i think

hi!

big respect to shokka9 and ryrzy! i have been using their m2d roms since i got my omnia and i'm truely happy! great work! (and, of course, everybody contributing)

but there's a problem i've been having with both roms:

apps close or minimize arbitrary.. every single one! including the dialer or start menu.. :angry:

it even kills s2u2 :D

they work after i reload or maximize them..

and when i close the app i'm in, and everytime i unlock s2u2.. manila goes to sleep.. and it says "tap to launch touch flo"..

really discomforting.. it's just like i have a band-aid which only sticks on one side.. ;)

what is it?? i read something about it and i don't remember where.. it said something about the "autokill bug" in htc task manager.. or is it an app i installed.. batti? inesoft phone? s2u2 or phoneshield?

please help.. i'm about to flash again and i'd love to fix it this time!

shokka9 says that in his v18 rom, he's deactivated AutoKill from HTC Task Manager - how about that, shoud i give it a go?

As far as I'm concerned, it's a WM 6.5 issue. I have yet to find an Omnia WM6.5 ROM that doesn't have this annoyance, so I'm sticking with WM6.1.
