ROM update for beginner

Hello,

just found this amazing site with lots of info for my i900.

Can i do a rom update?? my version is i900 XKHG5/ARH65

It was original a dutch phone from Vodafone, with a simlock.

The simlock is removed, but i cannot connect to the internet because of the vodafone adjustment.

So a friend told me to look for a new ROM update and found this site.

But now there are so many updates i do not know witch to use.

But i want to use internet, and bluetooth connection.

So i'm looking for a good, stabyl system

When i perform an update can i still have the phone in the dutch language or is this not possible?
